Halloween this year has by far been my favorite! This is the first year that we all got in on it as a family of 4, our costumes were all semi-homemade, it was Indy’s first year of going up to doors herself (with a little help) and it was Harper’s first ever pre-school party. So many good things and absolutely zero meltdowns. SUCCESS! Apparently the circus theme was a pretty popular one this year but the only reason I chose this was because Harper was dying to be a tiger. So I had my little menagerie of animals and I was the ring leader/animal tamer. Suuuuper appropriate for this stage of our lives. We truly are a family circus, three rings and all!

I searched all over for the outfits… Wyatt’s mom made the bonnets with ears, Harper’s wearing a dance leotard, I hand dyed Indy’s onsie since I couldn’t find anything brown, my skirt was on clearance at Joann’s Craft and Wyatt got the adult onsie from Target. The face painting was all me, gotta put that cosmetology license to good use right?! We had such a good time that I’m already planning next years costumes. Hopefully the girls will go along with what I choose… crossing my fingers!

I’d love to see all of your Halloween costumes, tag me in your photos so I can see! Happy Wednesday friends.
Sunshine & Lullabies xoxo, Ashley
